Took something in with some mud on it and got it back with mud still on it and had to wash it out myself. Someone clearly put zero effort in to doing their job.
We have been taking our dry cleaning items to New System for 5 yrs. Kim is absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond what she is required to do in order to keep customer happy. Awesome work Kim!! We love New System!
They ruined an expensive tie by what seems using abrasive force, it came out way worse then in went in. The stain was not as bad as having the material fuzzy and off color. The worse is the treatment you get after, they do not take any responsibility. Won't be going back.
Do not trust them with your clothes! We got ours back with stains that hadn't been there before we took them in, missing buttons, and so many wrinkles. Let your clothes stay dirty before you ever take them here.
