The staff are knowledgeable & helpful, and the facility is beautiful. The services are incredible, from online audio books to 3-D printing, and the programming is fantastic. It's a welcoming community place that is a pleasure to visit.
There paper all over the place in the form of these things they call books. I don't know about you but I think that's a fire hazard. There's a section for children and it's the same thing. Paper everywhere. I know one thing... I will not let my kids in that fire trap. It's 2017, put tablets or ebook on those shelves, you won't need as many and you could lease the extra space. I'm just a concerned parent.

Barely adequate facility, photo copier always broken down. Computers behind the times. Limited computer usage. Dirty old furnishings, not very modern. Bathrooms disgusting because they are dirty and old, doors falling off the hinges. Staff nice though.
