November 24, 2017 we discovered this park of paths and will certainly walk it again. I was surprised and did not know that such a gem was here. It is really great! This is not to say that there is no room for improvements. Let there be a few benches here and there for lingering moments. I only saw one bin for garbage; there needs to be more. A few signs a long the way would offer assurance that you have not gone into the wilds of no return. This park is worthy of attention given and frequency of visit. Almost a first class spot!
Great spot for a walk, nice dog park and if you want to have a swim, you can do that too
Nice little park has a walking trail around the lake rather flat and easy walk or bicycle. Right off the parking lot a nice beach and swimming area, with a play ground for kids. They have a eagle that flys with the wind to keep the geese away also so the grass stays clean. Very close to the east side of town
Its a pretty good beach to go to on a hot day, that eagle they put up is doing a real good job keeping away most of the goose s**t, could use a bit of work still.
Would like to have a few street lights installed along trail for those night walks
