My review is regarding a wedding, not the actual restaurant downstairs. Food was amazing, and the views are great. Recently renovated from a flood and it's done up well with tons more parking than you see on maps view. My issues stem with the organization. They wanted to remove all the tables for the dance floor despite that not being what the family/organizers requested. There was also issues with the bar (people not from here may be used to an open bar). All of that was worked out, however they were very picky with bringing beverages outside. It could only be on the back deck but you can't smoke. We were told we could in the front deck. A group were smoking and drinking in the back deck and the downstairs grass yet we kept getting targeted when the others just kept doing it. So we didn't, then another family member was Vaping outside in the smoking area (which isn't smoking). I've noticed some places more strict on vaping than cigarettes (this place is one of them), I really don't understand why this region is more restrict on it than cigarettes. We ended up leaving as a result. Being told 3 times that whatever we did was wrong or whatnot just soured the mood.
The fully renovated restaurant and updated menu have transformed the marina into a go-to spot for delicious food. Great for quick lunches, romantic evenings out or large gatherings of friends. The views of the marina on the Saint John River just add to the ambiance, and if you're looking to host a large event the hall upstairs is great for weddings and other special occasions.
Great little gem!!! The food is fantastic and the price was definitely right! The service was slow (I think they were short staffed) but, the servers were super friendly and knowledgeable so we didn't mind!
So good! Looking at this picture I want to start drooling all over again, haha! The food was awesome! That was our first time trying Chicken and Waffles and it did not disappoint. The waitress working on the patio was hilarious, she definitely knew what she was doing and knew how to enjoy herself at work - that's the best type of server to have! Next time I'm on the East Coast I know I'll be going back!
A nice place to have dinner. The decor was very nice but the open style restaurant gets very noisy as the place fills up. We could hardly hear each other from across the table. I had the black bean burger which was mediocre. It fell apart and made quite the mess from each bite I took. Might as well use utensils to eat it! Service was lackluster at best due to the minimal staff and large number of diners. Not too expensive and has a great panoramic view of the harbour
