Conveniently located Uptown, This gym has new equipment and has a friendly atmosphere. Very inclusive you will find beginners and body builders work out here. Love the always hot sauna and massage chairs.
Weekend hours should be longer 6pm is much too early for a saturday and sunday
I love the massage chairs and the womens gym. Everything is nice and clean there. However, the weekend hours are way too short. They are geared toward the 9-5ers who work uptown as opposed to those of us who actually live in the city and have shift work. I work weekends and I would really love to be able to go after work Saturday and Sunday. They should be open to at least 8pm. It is really frustrating to have to plan my whole schedule around the few windows I have to work out.
Nice gym. Pretty much all he equipment is new or newish. Not as busy as the East side but parking is hard before 5. Lots of cardio that overlooks Brunswick square.
This is my favorite Goodlife location. The equipment is all relatively new and clean. The staff are very nice and frequently walk around and clean up so everything is tidy.
