Sent me home with no feeling in my right side. Still can't walk or use my right arm. "Baffled" after a cat scan and blood and urine tests saying they don't know and then come back if you still can't feel anything. More should be done because i still don't feel good. Plus the nurses shouldn't be able to do weird remarks and say rude things. I agree with the commenter reviewer get a job you like not for the money because I'm only 24 and im still scared why I can't feel my right side of my body
Is it a full moon the nurses are being so rude. In ER with a friend who is having compilations from surgery unable to walk and needs a bed pan, was told she was going to have to wait. Just heard another person holler that they need a bed pan now or they are going to have a mess to clean up
The staff is good or I would give it no stars and from the outside the hospital looks fine. It is visibly dirty inside. When I had both of my children (4 years apart) there was no hot water in labour and delivery and I had to shower in freezing cold water. They told me (both times) that it was being looked after but that there was no where else that I could go to shower. Also, my mother is unfortunately hospitalized yearly and they don't keep track of her eating (she is unable). They have let her go days at a time without eating a bite of her hospital tray or asking anyone if she's not been fed. Luckily we make sure that she eats. All of my experiences have been awful. I could go on all day. Having said that it could be wonderful for other things that I have not experienced and it is free (somewhat) health care.
My mom had a heart attack, and I wanted to be with her, so I ask the day nurses if I could spend the night with her and there was no problem. It was pas ten and the night nurse told me that my mom wasnt sick enough and that they didnt run a motel there so she kicked me out. I had to sleep in my car. By the way, my mom has to have open heart surgery, how is that not sick enough. No compassion at all...but this was just one nurse...the rest of the staff were amazing.
Transferred by ambulance (which could have ended better if they told me before 10PM, in active labor for the last 5 hours & I called 3 times) from Moncton hospital to Saint John to deliver my healthy baby boy 3 months ago due to a power outage in Moncton. They were all ready, waiting for me. Great services. Great doctors, nurses & staff in general. I had to wait a few hours to get a dose of Tylenol but that's all I have to say. They don't provide much after the baby is born though (3-4 diapers, few pads and one pair of mesh panties).
