Had an awful experience with this company i closed my car insurance account with them back in February they said i had no balance owing, never received a bill, and spoke with them 4 or 5 times regarding putting me on my parents policy. Got a letter from collections, and when i called the broker to see why I was never notified even though i have called them, the brokers response was sometimes they dont put two and two together unfortunately and that it is not their problem. (Edit) After my father spoke with my brokers supervisor the company took action and worked with us to get the issue resolved so kudos to them for that!
