Likely some of the most helpful people in the city. They always go out of their way, if they were serving me dinner they would always get a huge tip. Since i can't tip these fine folks, i'll pay them with my repeat business. Exceptional people and they don't judge me based on my shoes! :P

I have purchased many boots from Green Lee over the years. Every single on has had issues. They offer repair services which, from my experience, means they glue what ever part that are coming undone back together.I stopped in today for yet another a pair of boots and was served by an older lady who was not fluent in english and was extreemly hard to communicate with. I showed her a brown boot and requested my size. She came back with a black boot and I tried it on, asking if they had the color I had chosen. She said they did not. I asked for a smaller size and the staff memeber asked if I was sure? I said yes, this boot is too lose. She double checked with me then finally went to look for the smaller size. She came back saying there was no smaller size and suggested to add an insole to the boot to make it fit? I told her no, the boots are too big and this can not be fixed by an insole. I need the proper size. She told me she could order the right size amd it would take 1.5 to 2 weeks to get it. As we were placing the order, the staff memeber said, oh, did you want to try on the smaller size? I might have it in black. I said that would be great five minutes ago when I was trying on the boots. Poor customer service.Review update;I have been back to Green Lee several times now and have always recieved great service! Thank you for taking care of your customers!
