Had what I was looking for. Staff were very helpful
It was easy to find, lots of parking, and it wasn't as expensive as I was expecting it to be. The staff were quick to help and the check out was fast and painless, all in all a wonderful experience.
I entered the store with my husband and teenage son and walked directly to the sneaker department. There were a few staff in the area and while my son looked at the different sneakers and then brought me a few that he wanted to get his size for to try on, I attempted to get the attention of the sales guys. There were 3 or 4 there and it wasn't really busy but not one of them asked if I needed anything. I had 2 different sneakers in my hand. I interrupted 2 workers chatting and asked if we could get some assistance. 1 fella took the 2 sneakers that I showed him and I asked for a size 10 1/2 to a 11 1/2 for both styles. He came back with 2 boxes and said this is what they have available for sizes. He didn't stay to offer assistance but put them on the bench and walked away. Funny thing is, i opened the 2 boxes and he had given us different sneakers from what I gave him. They were under Armour but not the same style that I asked for! We went to find him and he was in a back room chatting with a few other fellas and 1 worker was left on the floor. I approached this worker for assistance and he must have seen me but he walked towards his co workers in the back area! I stood there and then walked towards my family and I put the boxes on the bench and we walked out the door and went to Cleves. We bought my son's Under Armour there. We will not go back to Sports Chek.
Good selection, many things too expensive for what they're worth, but they are a fair price when on sale :)
