No empathy or concern when I had my car accident. I removed my services with them after they tried to strong arm me into paying a fee for not renewing my insurance. They pushed the blame on me stating that they could not reach me. I received no contact from them at anytime via telephone or email. Very poor customer service. Avoid!!
