Nice spacious rooms. Very nice common areas and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.
This is our favourite place to stay in Saint John. The suites here are amazing and feature Jacuzzi tubs. We felt so spoiled to enjoy these restful rooms - and the exceptional breakfasts the next morning. Paid parking is available for those who would prefer more security, but free parking is also available above ground.Close to many attractions in the area, and if you enjoy a nice refreshing walk, it is reasonably close to the downtown shopping and dining areas.
Nice rooms, very comfy bed, friendly and welcoming staff. Location was excellent.
Great hotel in the heart of St John New Brunswick. Customer service is very good, parking was included at no extra charge and was very easy and accessible. Rooms are spacious, well appointed with beautiful furniture, large bathroom with tub and shower. Down sides are that the views are not the best since its not close to the harbour front, and its about a 20 minute walk to the harbour front so if you're going to the harbour front pubs and restaurants you'll have to cab.
Only giving a 3 star because A.C. quit working during the night and room got hotter and hotter. Windows don't open so was screwed. Otherwise, room was nice, breakfast good and front desk staff nice.
