Park Place Motel, on Rothesay Ave in Saint John NB is well located to reach all major points of interest in the city. It is an essentials only type of motel but is priced reasonably making it suitable for the budget travellor.
Very dirty and no microwaves or fridges in the rooms even extended stay days before your check out time they hassel you to see if you want to rebook.make you feel like your a inconvenice being in the room you paid for
Clean , quiet, comfortable rooms, and awesome staff! The restaurant serves an awesome breakfast.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING SUB-STANDARD "MOTEL". THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED AND PERMANENTLY CLOSED DOWN!The front desk clerks are typical of that human cesspool city better known as Saint John as they are totally clueless & incompetent riff-raff who cannot even process a visa card payment properly!
Very dirty. The whole roof looks like it's ready to cave in. Witch has in sections. Bed looked like someone slept in it. Not even close to being worth the rates. Looks like it hasn't been touched sense the 80's. Shame on the government for allowing them to remain open
