We had the most wonderful time during our too short stay..Dwight and Cheryl were just amazing and the place is incredible! We stayed in the Study room, a very charming space, a super comfortable bed. They gave us a list of places they recommended to eat..(The Bistro....YUM!) Breakfast was just great...we were planning to head back before our trip home to Maine, after travelling to Halifax, but needed to leave a day early to get home...sad to miss our time back there, but will definitely be back.. we give the Earl 10 stars
We had a short stay, however, the room was really nice and clean. Only drawback (if any) was that the room didn't seem to be air conditioned. That's not a problem for me, although I can see that others may not appreciate this. The owners seem to be really good people. They are accommodating, friendly, and seem to have a positive outlook. I'd stay here again if/when I'm in Saint John.
Musty room that had mouse traps in it.Had to climb a slippery set of stairs to get up into the room.
What a lovely couple! Breakfast in the mornings were to die for!! Close to everything. We stayed in a separate area from the main house. I think called the carriage. I would highly recommend staying here.
Got a huge room for a low price, and had the most amazing breakfast- waffles, fruit, whipped cream, is your mouth watering yet? Walking distance to the middle of St John. And the owners are so nice!
